Every code inside the begin end block is running twice

Hi All,

I am facing this issue after the update to Apex version in the cloud platform..

Every code inside the begin end block is executing twice (some times). Not facing this kind of issue before an update.

Attached the debug data for ur reference. Can anyone help me on this.
