I'm learning how to use the Events & Notifications framework. I have a requirement to send emails and action alerts to end user. Using a PS Query, I configured an Alert with EOEN_ALERT as Process Name and Customemail as Process Category. I then ran EOEN_ALERT process (Run alerts) and received the email and the action alert. Using the transaction URL from the action alert, I also corrected the data error and changed the status of the notification to closed in Notification Dashboard. The action alert sent from the framework still appears under the notification bell. Can anyone tell me how you handled removing the alert sent from the framework.
