Hi all,

Here I am one again with my SMS-PP, hope I don't bother you :-p

I have a problem with EVENT_UNFORMATTED_SMS_PP_UPD, on Gemplus GemExpresso V3 cards.

My Applet is Triggred on this event, when used On Axalto Simera and ORGA SIM cards. But nothing happen with Gemplus Card.

- Does the Allocation/Activation of SIM-data-download service in the EF(SST) has anything to do with this Event ?

- As said in GSM 03.19, this Event is generated when there is an Update Record in the EF(SMS), with a "coorect" formatting. isn't it ?

What I've noticed, is the difernce of Implementation between SIMs : on Axalto SIM card, some field in the data to be written in the EF(SMS) shoud be verified (the "Status", the PID, etc). On ORGA SIMs , this event is generated when writing any data in the EF(SMS). So maybe on Gemplus SIMs there are some special "Validation" of the data to be Written before this event is generated ?!


I hope to find someone who managed to Trigger an Applet on this event
