ETL Multi-Org R12 Set Org ID

When using R12 Multi-Org, how do you set the Org ID for the ETL? When I run my query in SQL Developer, I need to run: call mo_global.set_policy_context('S',41); first to set the org_id so data is returned. How do I use this statement in Informatica or DAC?
