etc/profile: No such file or directory

Hi Friends,

I have installed oracle10gR2 on RHEL4.5.when i am trying to enter as oracle user from root account using su command, i am getting the following error and finally it is connecting as oracle user.

[root@localhost ~]# su - oracle
-bash: etc/profile: No such file or directory
[oracle@localhost ~]$

I am not understanding what was the issue.Can anyone please help me to solve this?
