Essbase upgrade from 11.1.2.2

Can anyone tell me if we can upgrade from Essbase 11.1.2.2 to 11.2x? Our company is wanting to upgrade to Windows Server 2016 and SQL 2017 and I know our Essbase version is not compatible.

Would I first need to upgrade to 11.1.2.4 or can I migrate directly to 11.2x?
