Essbase server not starting

Hi All,

I am running 9.3.1 on windows 2003 server. All of sudden I am facing new problem with my essbase server.
Today I tried to start my essbase service (services.msc) , and it throws the folling error:

" Error 1053 : The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

I tried to start the essbase server from start menu and here it throws the following error.

" The procedure entry point adNetIsErrorSent could not be located in the dynamic link library ESSNETU.dll ".

Please suggest how can I resolve this issue.
