Essbase outline load extractor Error - esbapin.dll

Hi,

I am trying to use essbase outline load extractor from http://www.appliedolap.com.

I installed on my machine but I am not able to open this application itself and I am getting error "Essbase runtime client not installed. File: esbapin.dll is missing or invalid"

Does this mean I have to do on server side?

Any thoughts?
