Essbase failed to select application test, because id@ldap is not completly provisioned by planning

Hi All,

I am running into one issue mentioend above. I am on 11.1.2.2.303 for planning. there is a group which has read access to this test planning app. When a user tries to connet to this plan type of this planning app through excel addin he gets this below error and cannot connect.

:Essbase failed to select application test, because id@ldap is not completly provisioned by planning"

However the similar user can open the form in read access in planning application.Am I missing something in terms of security or provisioing?
