Essbase Excel Add-in on windows 7 64-bit connection problem, please help!!

Hi,

I have installed excel add-in 11.1.2.2 on a windows 7 64-bit system. It works on other systems, but for this one, when I opened the Essbase connection, it doesn't pop up the connection window as it did on other systems. What is wrong with this system?

I need to fix this for this user urgently. Please help
