Whenver i create a new User in planning, these new user can access planning but not able to open smartview.
They are getting the error 1054060.
I also got the solutiuon for the above error in the link https://blogs.oracle.com/pa/entry/error_connecting_to_planning_application
But i need to know why this is happening.
To be more specific i need a permanent fix for this.
Some body please help help me in this.
