Essbase Attribute association

Hi ,
I want to associate attribute to the existing member using rule file . for example Year is the dimension and below is the hierarchy for Year. I want to tag XXXX attribute to the 2022 . I dont want to use the existing member from outline.
Can you help on this.

----2022 (XXXX)
--Jan
--Feb
--Mar
