Essbase Addin Toolbar Missing

We use the PSFT drill thru and essbase ( 11.1.1.3 version). At one point, excel crash and we do not see the Essbase Addin toolbar. We tried to enable the essexcln.xll and we are getting the error message,

MSFT Ecxcel cannot access the file C\.... \bin\essexcln.xll....

Then the Add in tool bar still does not show. I tried to browse and link it back again to the bin still does not work.

We tried rebooting .. no change

Do I re-install/Repair Essbase again?

Could you please help.
