We've Planning Plus 11.2.18 with OHS installed on Oracle Linux 8. There is also a load balancer on top. We use Smart View 23.200 64-bit. Essbase version: 21.5.6.0.0.
Business users have an issue with SmartView connections timing out after an hour. How can we increase this time out to 10 hours? According to https://www.iarchsolutions.com/news/z5jbjwkrpg4f404q0splh9pilk2qng , I changed ‘Session Timeout' for those: /essbase/agent, /essbase, /essbase/jet and /essbase/rest modules to 36000 secs. We don't have a timeout in SV after an hour anymore. It works without the timeout also for 3 hours of doing nothing in SV, but after 4-5 hours we face the timeout again. Can you please advise whether there is anything else that needs to be changed?
