Escape Character

Hi,

This is my query:

update apps.wf_item_attribute_values

set TEXT_VALUE=replace (TEXT_VALUE

                     ,'[https://xxxx:4480/OA\_HTML/AppsLogin?requestUrl=APPSHOMEPAGE](https://xxxx:4480/OA_HTML/AppsLogin?requestUrl=APPSHOMEPAGE)**\\&**cancelUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fxxx%3A4483%2FOA\_HTML%2FAppsLogin'

                     ,'[https://xxx/OA\_HTML/AppsLogin?requestUrl=APPSHOMEPAGE\\&cancelUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fyyy.fr%3A4480%2FOA\_HTML%2FAppsLogin](https://xxx/OA_HTML/AppsLogin?requestUrl=APPSHOMEPAGE\&cancelUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fyyy.fr%3A4480%2FOA_HTML%2FAppsLogin)')

where TEXT_VALUE like '%dddd%';

Even if I wrote \&cancelUrl, when running it asks me a value for cencelUrl:
