SQL Developer Data Modeler

Hi !

I am a data architect in a canadian government and we are testing Oracle Data modeler 3.0 to decide if we'll use it for conceptual (logical) modeling and impact analysis (data used by processes).
We wish to know the following :

1- Can Oracle Data modeler 3 import xml repository generated by Erwin 8 ? How to do it since with Erwin8 I saved the xml repository ("save as" option) and when I tried to open it in Oracle DM 3 (note there is only Erwin 7.3 option
in Oracle DM 3) we got an error saying it is not the Erwin version expected) ?

2- About Impact Analysis ? Can you give us any detail to how to implement this ? We want to link data used by any data service (business service creating/modifying/updating a particular entity for example "Person") so that if we want to know what are the data service (and all their calling processes) impacted by a change made to the definition of an entity (for example an attribute rename) we can list all the calling processes and the services that we have to modify too.
This feature is an important requirement in ou modeling approach !

3- If we adopt Oracle Data Modeler 3 and will get bugs during it utilization, will we have quick support to resolve the problems ?
