ERROR>WUO-714 / ERROR>WUO-700

I am getting the following errors when i try to create the word file using the webutil demo form.

ERROR>WUO-714 [OleFunctions.setExceptionValues()] Unable to get the last OLE Error details

ERROR>WUO-700 [OleFunctions.create_obj()] Unable to create the OLE Server Word.Application

I don't have office installed on the machine. Is that the reason for the error?
