Error with OPP processor and XML publisher

Hi guys,

I can't run a custom report with xml publisher in Oracle EBS R12.

The report end with warning. i check the log and i increases the output response time but the warning message still coming.

I have the following message in manager log:

[12/9/13 2:43:30 PM] [OPPServiceThread0] APPLTMP environment variable is not set

[12/9/13 2:48:52 PM] [OPPServiceThread1] Post-processing request 5825806.

[12/9/13 2:48:52 PM] [UNEXPECTED] [2049675:RT5825806] APPLCSF system property is not set, unable to create lock file.

[12/9/13 4:20:10 PM] [OPPServiceThread1] Post-processing request 5825821.

[12/9/13 4:20:10 PM] [UNEXPECTED] [2049675:RT5825821] APPLCSF system property is not set, unable to create lock file.

My system env variables are

APPLCSF=C:\oracle\VIS\inst\apps\VIS_oracleserver\logs\appl\conc

APPLTMP=C:\oracle\VIS\inst\apps\VIS_oracleserver\appltmp

I am on windows server 2008. Please anyone can help me?
