Error with OPN membership

My company (Denim Health, llc) has an active OPN membership (Level 1) but when I click on the below links I get an ‘We can’t find an active OPN membership associated to your account' error message. How to resolve this?

  1. To Initiate validation review for Oracle Health Millennium Platform*:
    1. Healthcare Product Validation Form - https://partners.oracle.com/opn/secure/gtm/resources/healthcare-validation-order-form-13069371.xlsx
  2. Submitting the Order:
    To submit an order for access to an Oracle Health Millennium Platform Environment, partners must:
    1. Execute the Oracle Demonstration Services Addendum in the Oracle Partner Store (OPS).
    2. Download and complete the Oracle Health Millennium Platform Environment order form.
