Error with OEL 5 : RTNETLINK answer : File exists

Hi Friends,

I need a urgent help on this. Acutally I am trying to setup two-node rac with latest oracle enterprise linux 5. I installed the OEL5 on both the x86 system but when I am trying to ping them its giving me the error. I stopped both iptables and ip6tables firewall. Also I disabled the selinux.

When I am trying to restart the network services, I am getting the below error

RTNETLINK answer : File exists.
error adding address 192.168.10.201 to eth1.

I know I am new to this so must be missing something. Could anyone please help me out on priority.
