Error with data files - ORA-01110

I have Oracle 8 on win2003 R2. Today I have few problem with database

1. In rollbacksegment one file (XTMPI03.RDB) in tablespace was in offline(need recovery) state. I try recovery him but I haven't archive log which oracle needs. Can I recovery file without archivelog? My database work in archive log mode.
2. I change rollbacksegment to another tablespace, but now I got another warning. The file RBS02.RDB also belong to the same tablespace like XTMPI03.rdb

Errors in file C:\oracle\trace\orclSMON.TRC:
ORA-00376: file 4 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 4: 'H:\BAZA\RDB\RBS02.RDB'

How can I fix it? Where I should start?

I have full backup, copy of all database file, archive log from 10 days
