error while utlrp.sql

Hi,

i have installed fresh 12.1.1 with db 11gR1..upgrade it ti 11gR2
when i run @utlrp.sql it return following error

ERRORS DURING RECOMPILATION
---------------------------
0

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

FAILED CHECK FOR FUNCTION WWV_FLOW_LOV_USED_ON_PAGES

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

it still have 149 invalid objects.

Pls Help.
