Error while trying to promote data to next level in HFM ( Process control)

HI,

When trying promote data to next levels for approval, this error message comes up even though the submission works

" Hyperion HFM error.Handler.1 error "80040219" <?xml version="1.0'?><Estr><Ref>(62CAD7156158-4F72-A150 etc. What coudl be the probable issue?
