Error while Rman duplication

I have some error while duplicating the database with RMAN, I can't open both the database. Both database showing the same error i don't know what to do. Even I don't know how it reflect orginal database. The following are the errors can one help me out to fix this issue.
RMAN> alter database open resetlogs;
