Error While reading WSDL file in Jdeveloper 12.1.2 while creating External Reference in BPEL process

Hi All,

When I am trying to load External Web service in BEPL Process as SOAP service I getting "Error while reading WSDL file" in Jdev 12.1.2 .Attached the screenshot of the error.

Can any one suggest solution for this.
