Error while opening the Oracle Form

Dear All,

Form Version : 10.1.2.0.2

I am facing an unique problem with Oracle form builder.

I have a form Repository from where forms are getting opened.

whenever i open a form for the first time , it gets opened properly without any error but when the same form gets opened with changes ( e.g. Form is compiled with changes), the form builder throws some error
