Error while loading resources JDeveloper 12.2.1

Hi Team,

     Our OSB Server version is 12.2.1.2.0, and our SOA Suite quickstart Jdev version is 12.2.1.0.0. While trying to export sbconfig.jar from sbconsole and import in JDev.

      It says 'Error Loading the Resources'. Has anybody faced the same issue and is there a patch/resolution if any.
