Error while installing ORDS 23.1 on Oracle19c

Dear Friends

I am installing ORDS (Ver 23.1) for Oracle19c but its giving below error. Please help.

Error report -
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
ORA-06512: at line 110
01031. 00000 - "insufficient privileges"
*Cause: An attempt was made to perform a database operation without
the necessary privileges.
*Action: Ask your database administrator or designated security
administrator to grant you the necessary privileges
2025-02-11T19:57:13.922Z SEVERE Error executing script: ords_grant_privs.sql Error: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
ORA-06512: at line 110
