Error while hot backup

Hi..
Got the below error when an automated backup is in progress.
"
== WARNING ====> begin backup failed for <tablespace_name>
== ORA-01146: cannot start online backup - file # is already in backup
== ORA-01110: data file #: ' '
"
**Note:Backup is successful and also the tablespace is in "not active" - in end backup mode.

Pl's suggest.
