Error While enabeling Oracle SSO Authentication

Hi,

 I have enabled SSO authetication in my Oracle APEX 19.2 application as per the video [https://otube.oracle.com/media/0_nia7x8rk](https://otube.oracle.com/media/0_nia7x8rk "https://otube.oracle.com/media/0_nia7x8rk")

However while running the application it is throwing error, and there are no further details. I would appreciate if anyone can help on what could be possible issue?
