Error while deploying application into Dev Server

Hi Experts,

While deploying my application into DEV server i am getting error like

[06:45:20 PM] Weblogic Server Exception: weblogic.application.ModuleException:

[06:45:20 PM] Caused by: weblogic.common.ResourceException: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: No credential mapper entry found for password indirection user=apps for data source Apps

[06:45:20 PM] See server logs or server console for more details.

[06:45:20 PM] weblogic.application.ModuleException:

[06:45:20 PM] #### Deployment incomplete. ####

[06:45:20 PM] Remote deployment failed (oracle.jdevimpl.deploy.common.Jsr88RemoteDeployer)

The same application i am able to deploying into my integrated web logic server.

Can any one help me what may be the issue
