Error while creating new Role in 12c

Hi all,

I'm getting an error while I'm trying to create a new developer role on my EM Express in Oracle 12c:

ORA-65096: invalid common user or role name

ORA-06512: at "SYS.PRVTEMX_ADMIN", line 9796

ORA-06512: at "SYS.WRI$_REPT_SECURITY", line 314

ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REPORT", line 744

ORA-06512: at line 1

Any idea of what I'm doing wrong
