ERROR while creating database

Hi

i am getting this error when i am trying to create new database for a stand alone PC.

Enterprise manger configuration failed due to the following error:
error starting DBConsole. DB console could not be started successfully
you can retry configuring this datababse with enterprise manger later by manually running C:\oracle\.....\db_1|bin\emac script.

Kindly let me know wht exactly i have to do
