Error while creating credentials for Wallet

Hi,

I am trying to store credentials in my wallet manager, but getting warning:

C:\>mkstore -wrl "C:\Documents and Settings\santosku\ORACLE\WALLETS" -createCredential santu santu santu
Enter wallet password:

Create credential oracle.security.client.connect_string1
WARNING: Could not set file permissions for wallet at C:\Documents and Settings\
santosku\ORACLE\WALLETS\ewallet.p12
WARNING: Could not set file permissions for wallet at C:\Documents and Settings\
santosku\ORACLE\WALLETS\ewallet.p12

Does anybody know what does this mean? I am in administrator group and have full rights on 'ewallet.p12'.
