Error while creating AsInstance

I hava an error while configuring Oracle OID (11.1.1.7.0) and that error is (Error while creating AsInstance).

Oracle Directory Service Enterprise Edition Version 11.1.1.7.0.

RCU 11.1.1.9.0

Oracle WLS 10.3.6.0.

Note: i have OIM and OAM installed on the same Middleware home.
