Error while configuring XDB demo

Hello,
While running the 'Install' script to configure the XDB demo I am getting an 'VBScript Runtime error code 800A0005 - Invalid procedure call or argument' on line no 977 of the script and the installation fails. I have followed the exact steps to setup the demo.
Can you plz tell me what could be possibly wrong?
