Error when starting Designer 10.1.2.3

Hello,

The next error appear when i start the designer tool:
Reported Message / Cause:
???-21705: The .msb message file for product "Unknown", utility "CDR" could not be found.

Action: (blank)

i get the message with the username where the repository is installed.
but also with other users.

Anyone knows a solution?
