Error when running business from form and prompt, "To display the webpage again, the web browser nee

I am on 11.1.2.4 and IE 11.

I am getting an Error when running a business rule on a form and prompt, "To display the webpage again, the web browser needs to resend the information you've  previously submitted" The error appears after exactly 60 seconds

I have tried setting the following to the same amount of time, but it hasn't worked.

Internet Explorer -

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]

KeepAliveTimeout

Planning | Administration | Application/ System Settings -

RULE_MAX_WAIT
