Error when installation Database Tier Oracle EBS R12.2

Dear All..

i got the trouble when i want installation oracle apps 12.2..i got stuck when installation database tier.

i used virtual box oracle linux 5.7

and there are list of error..

creating datafile file number=29 name=/u01/ora/PROD/data/system23.dbf

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-03002: failure of restore command at 03/31/2016 09:12:48

ORA-01119: error in creating database file '/u01/ora/PROD/data/system23.dbf'

ORA-27086: unable to lock file - already in use

Linux-x86_64 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable

RMAN-06956: create datafile failed; retry after removing /u01/ora/PROD/data/system23.dbf from OS


i created the SR and no solving until now..
