Error when creating app using Generative AI

Env: oracle.apex.com

Ver: 24.1

I have configured my AI credentials for the workspace and all other AI functionality is working as expected.

When I go to 'Create app using Generative AI' I get a message to refresh cache. When I do this it times out with this error:

Any ideas?
