Error when create user or table ORA-06512 ORA-00604 ORA-01422

Hi,

I have a Oracle Database 11g (11.2.0.4) on one server on Oracle Linux 6.9. It is an standalone database. (No Rack, No DG).

I can not create user or table :

$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.4.0 Production on Thu Jul 16 18:10:42 2020

Connected to:

Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

With the Automatic Storage Management option

SQL> create table t_prueba (field1 varchar(10));

create table t_prueba (field1 varchar(10))

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

ORA-06512: at line 14

SQL> create user user1 identified by Password_1234;

create user user1 identified by Password_1234
