Error when configuring raw devices in oracle linux 7

Hi Team,

please help me its urgent .getting error when configuring raw devices in oracle linux 7 or share steps to enable or configure raw devices.

below is error:

[root@gencell01 init.d]# /bin/systemctl start rawdevices

Failed to issue method call: Unit rawdevices.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

[root@gencell01 init.d]#
