Error: VOLTAGE_SENSOR at MB/V_+3V3STBY has exceeded low warning threshold

3 weeks ago, i saw amber lit on my T1000 server. Login to ALOM and i saw the following error message in showfaults:

0 SEP 08 16:51:38 MB VOLTAGE_SENSOR at MB/V_+3V3STBY has exceeded low warning threshold.
The prtdiag output shows the following:

1) What happen to my system?
2) How can i resolve the issue?
