Error using IR subscription - ORA-20022: Null value supplied for parameter p_attachment.

I'm trying to use an Interactive report subscription to send details of Features report in Team development by e-mail.

I'm using Apex 5.0 on Oracle 12c

I get the following error ORA-20022: Null value supplied for parameter p_attachment.

What do I need to do to fix this please ?
