Error: URI is not hierarchical

HI',

I have imported a new WSDL file for the Webservice which I want to invoke inside my BPEL,
however after that I ma getting error

Error: URI is not hierarchical

I was checking it on net, people say that it can be due to spaces in the project.
I have no spaces, still I am getting this error.

Please advice
