Error: Unable to execute function. (FUNCTION_ID=16173) - Journal Workflow
437295Jul 31 2006 — edited Jul 31 2006I am getting this error: Unable to execute function. (FUNCTION_ID=16173) when I try clicking on the attachment of the email I am getting for my Journal Batch approval WF.
All I am doing is sending the Approval Notification to Role instead of individual users. I am creating an adhoc role and assigining all the users to this role who match the criteria of approval. The WF is sending the notification to all these users. But they are all getting the same error when they try to open the notification page. I am setting the approver_id to 0, approver_name and approver_display_name to the Role name.
What am I doing wrong? We have to customize this because Seeded Journal Batch WF goes to only one approver or a chain.
