Hi Experts/Gurus,

I am trying to create a new datasource using Oracle 11g driver with the details below:

Datasource Name: PeopleSoft
Description:
TNS Service Name: HR91PEN
User ID: sysadm
Password: SysAdm1n

when I click Test Connect I got this error below:

Error:
Unable to Connect
SQLState=08004
[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Please help.
