Error to export an analysis to Excel 2007 on OBIEE 11. 1.1.7.1

Hello everyone,

I am getting the following error to export an analysis to Excel 2007 on OBIEE 11. 1.1.7.1. That is the error I am getting, any ideas about how to resolve it?

"Obiee 11g there was error processing your download. Please check with your administrator"

Export to excel 2007 doesn´t work on OBIEE 11.1.1.7.0
