ERROR: This is not 10g ORACLE_HOME. HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!

Hi,
I installed Oracle10g on my linux machine and then when I was trying to install Oracle Workflow 2.6.3.0.0 in the Oracle10g home I got the following error:
"This is not 10g ORACLE_HOME, Please abort the installation."

This seems to be bizarre because I am providing the installer with Oracle10g home.

I have searched a lot on this error before posting it here but no one seems to have come across this error. Please help me.
