Hi all,
I have an optional Date field in an interview which is mapped out to a date type field in Oracle Service Cloud (Optional in Service Cloud also).
If I leave the field null in OIA interview, the form won't submit and displays this error 'An error has occurred while loading or saving data. For further assistance please contact support.'.
After examining the debug log, the value of the attribute is uncertain as show in below screenshot
Should this have automatically mapped to null in Service Cloud?
